Order questions

  1. I placed an order, can I cancel it?
    Sorry, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. When you place the order it goes straight to the fulfillment house and most likely your order would have been packed within a few minutes of placing it.
  2. How long does it takes to receive my order?
    It normally takes 5 to 10 business days to receive an order. We ship all orders by First Class Mail.
  3. I placed an order but I did not get it, what should I do?
    We suggest that you wait at least 4 weeks after you have placed an order. Many times the mail moves slowly through the postal system so chances are that your package was delayed or misrouted. In many instances if  the ship to address you gave us is wrong then we should give enough time for the postoffice to return the package to us. If you have waited 4 weeks and still have not received your package, then please contact us using the contact form.
  4. Can I order more then one item?
    Yes, you can order as many items as you want. We do not have any limits on the number of free items a customer can get, however in order to be fair to all customers, one order can have only one item.
  5. Will you notify me when my order is placed and when my order is shipped?
    Yes, you will get emails whenever an order is placed and also when your order is shipped provide the correct email address when you fill out the checkout assuming that you form. Additionally you will also get the payment receipt by email either from paypal.com or from our credit card processing company.
  6. I put in the wrong shipping address. Can you correct it?
    We will ship your order exactly to the address that you put in as the "Ship To" address, so please make sure that you put in a correct ship to address.
  7. How can I pay for the shipping and handling fee?
    We accept various forms of electronic payments - Visa, Master Card or Pay Pal.
    We do not accept money orders or payments by mail.
  8. How can I see what items I have ordered so far?
    Please use the Order History link found at the bottom of every page of our site. You can enter your email address and any one of the order numbers and it will bring up your entire order history. It will show you the status of each order as well as the details of the item you have ordered.

Besides this site, we also sell on Amazon under the seller name of HARTH.COM, and we are considered one of the most prominent jewelry sellers on amazon 15 years running.

    We pay our affiliate at the end of each month by paypal.com. Minimum payout is $20.00
  3. I don't own a website. Can I still use your program?
    We do not require you to have a website. We have text links available and you can put the text links in emails, message boards, forums etc.

  1. Can I get a ring in the size I want?
    Sorry, each ring is available in a specific size only, and the size is mentioned in the description. Our rings can be sized, but please note that we put an anti-tarnish as well as Rhodium coat on our rings, so please make sure that the jeweler who sizes the ring has the knowledge and the capability to bring the ring back to its original polish after sizing it.

    Besides the fact that they are free, the pieces that we are offering are of top quality. They are not cheap imitation pieces.     We do not have a catalog. Currently the one item at one time format is the only way to see our items. In other words you can only order the items that are showing on the site.
  7. I missed out on an item. Is it possible to still get that item?
    You would have to wait for that item to come back into the site and then you can order it.
